Read before you purchase your voucher
- To redeem the voucher, it needs to be exchanged for a standard ticket.
- This can be done at bilety.kopalnia.pl by entering the code from the voucher during the ticket purchase process or at the Mine's ticket offices.
- The voucher can be redeemed on certain dates – keep that in mind while making a purchase. Keep in mind that a voucher that is not redeemed by the specified date will no longer be valid after that date.
- A high season voucher purchased before 12 May 2026 may be exchanged for a standard ticket during the mid or high season. Redeeming such a voucher during the high season does not require any additional payment to match the current price of a standard ticket.
- A single voucher is valid for one person only.
- You can choose a voucher for a tour with a Polish-speaking guide or a guide speaking a language other than Polish.
- You can give the voucher to someone after printing it out or in a digital version.

- Purchasing your vouchers is tantamount to reading the Terms and Conditions and accepting them in their entirety.
